Noviqo Skincare Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all purchases are considered final once an order has been placed and processed.

We are therefore unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with individual results.

This applies whether a product is opened or unopened, used or unused.

Noviqo does not currently offer a trial period or money-back guarantee.

As with all skincare products, individual experiences and results may vary. For this reason, a product not meeting personal expectations does not by itself qualify an order for a refund.

Of course, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at info@noviqoskincare.com.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photographs where helpful.

We will review the situation and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived as expected, please contact our Customer Support team so we can investigate the shipment for you.

Where a cancellation, replacement, or refund is required by applicable law, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

Returning a Product

Please do not send products back to us unless our Customer Support team has first confirmed that a return is necessary.

Packages returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

If we request that an item be returned, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be issued to the original payment method and processed within the timeframe required by law.

Any goodwill refund, replacement, credit, or other accommodation provided by Noviqo in an individual case does not change this policy or create an obligation to provide the same resolution in future cases.

Subscriptions

Some Noviqo products are available through automatically renewing subscription plans.

When purchasing a subscription, you authorize Noviqo to charge your selected payment method at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout.

Your subscription will continue automatically unless canceled before the next renewal is processed.

By completing your subscription purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the recurring billing terms displayed at checkout.

Subscription Renewals

We understand that plans can change, which is why subscriptions may be canceled or modified before the next scheduled renewal.

To avoid an upcoming charge, please make any changes to your subscription before that renewal is processed.

Once a renewal has been processed, the order is considered confirmed and is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law.

This also applies if you intended to cancel but did not do so before the renewal, no longer require the product, or still have product remaining from a previous shipment.

Canceling after a renewal has been processed will stop future renewals but will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
