At Noviqo, we offer a subscription option (Subscribe & Save) so you never run out of your treatment and save on every order. This page explains how our subscriptions work and how you can manage or cancel yours at any time.

How Our Subscription Works

When you choose the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, you're enrolling in a recurring subscription. This means:

  • You'll be automatically charged the price shown at checkout for each recurring order, at the interval you selected (for example, every month or every three months).
  • Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
  • The price, billing frequency, and shipping details of your subscription are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Subscription Confirmation

After you place a subscription order, you'll receive a separate confirmation email. This email confirms the details of your subscription, including the product, the price, and how often you'll be billed and shipped. It also includes a direct link where you can manage your subscription at any time.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You are always in full control of your subscription. You can manage or cancel it in two easy ways

  1. Through your subscription link: Every subscription confirmation email includes a direct link to manage your subscription. From there, you can update your details, change your delivery schedule, skip an order, or cancel entirely.
  2. By contacting us: You can reach our customer support team at any time at info@noviqoskincare.com and we'll help you manage or cancel your subscription right away

To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Once an order has already been processed, it will be shipped and billed as scheduled, but you can cancel to prevent all future charges.
